Design ideas

Title is self explanatory. By design, I mainly mean the banner and background but it cam also go into the finer details, such as the headers, buttons, whatever.
I want AoT to be designed like the homepage of an mmorpg, such as Tera and Aion. The banner could be two different races on either faction battling in a nice dark background. Or it could be a war, dunno. Either way, I think it should stick to and incorporate ideas from the group from IMVU (by this I mean the content: descriptions of the world, races, the conflict, etc).

I think there should be two iconic races, ones that really represent their factions, on the side panels < >. Feris and Dwarves would be nice.

I can have something by Thursday or Friday.

I was just messing around a bit, cutting out figures from some TERA images and then putting them on my own background, placing them as if they are about to go to battle. I haven't finished it, but this is what I have so far:

I'd probably add Age of Twilight in the middle with some firey, goldish, goblet or whatever.

How do you make your graphics?

I use brushes, Fonts and if it's a theme i'm giving I use a character or two from a show. If you're not using those pictures to make profit, I don't see the problem.

It was just me messing about. I wouldn't use it officially because: some parts are missing and you can see the logo near the people. Yeah, I can paint over them, add limbs and such; though, the art is obviously different (especially the castanic who is standing on the left, compared to the other figures). Plus, I'd need to find more people.
It's just a bit too complicated. I mean, if you want to do the banner that's fine, if not, I can figure something out.

Having them look as if they're going to war is a bit too much, it'd be difficult to find specific pics. I just got my first job, so whenever I have off time I can put something together.

The art for mmorpg's is what I'd mainly look at. The only hard part is cutting them out of their background (not hard, just time consuming if you want to do it precisely). I guess the hard part is filling in gaps they have.
