Below will be contain quite a bit of information and how to lay your bio out - every section is mandatory unless specified. The character creation might take some time as we do want people to create good characters. After all, no role play wants rubbish characters.






















Prior to the update, AoT was just a game players used to play. This section is here so you can focus on the player, instead of the character in game. Hopefully, filling these sections out will help you get to know your character well. Please avoid cliché characters, personalities and bios.

♦ Occupation (student if still at school)
♦ Country of Origin (Rp focuses on EU server)

Appearance
♦ Can use image (optional) or give a brief description - or both.
♦ Optional: Height, weight, accessories (piercings), imperfections (scars, birthmarks), tattoos.

Character
♦ Personality (whilst I won't criticise for having not much written here, as role players we all should be capable of constructing well made characters. If this might not be your best suit, then I'd advise you are thorough on the personality & bio category to make your character more human)
♦ Likes
♦ Dislikes
♦ Flaws (can be from minor ones [personality, appearance ones, etc] to major ones [physical disabilities, mental disabilities]. Please don't exaggerate your character's flaws or have unrealistic ones [i.e. create one who is a psychopath, mentally insane, secretly a murderer])

♦ Family (optional)
♦ Pets (optional)
♦ Bio (feel free to include when you joined the game and why)

♦ In-game name
♦ Nickname/name-they-choose-to-go-by (players may choose, after the update, to go by their real name)
♦ In-game gender (after the update players maintain the appearance and gender of their character)
♦ Faction (Terani or Reveran)
♦ Race
♦ Guild (specify if you are the owner or not)
♦ Associates (other characters/players yours is friends with or often plays with)
♦ Date of creation (current date is 1st July 2051. AoT has been up for about 5 years)
♦ Level (1-90. I know literally everyone will choose 90. Keep in mind how long your character has been playing for)

Appearance
(For this section, keep in mind the race traits in this thread)
♦ Please include an image for this.
♦ Physique (keep in mind your class)
♦ Noticeable features (e.g. tail/wings/ears, their colour, etc)
Optional: Hair Colour, eye Colour, skin/fur Colour, height

Class
♦ AoT is unique in the sense that there are an unlimited combination of classes. Each player has the ability to choose three classes: at level 1, 5, 10. In the end, the player will have 3 skill trees and can choose which skills they have. All three classes combine to make a whole new class. For example, Archery + Warrior + Occultism = Dreadbow. The player's class will be known as Dreadbow after choosing all three classes; they can apply points into skills they want. Individual classes focus on a specific set of skills (e.g. archery focuses on... archery. Sorcery focuses on sorcery, etc) Therefore, do not be vague or invent an individual class which is open ended (e.g. ninja. Ninja would serve as an end class, not an individual class). We will be strict on classes, but will also try to help out.

Skills
♦ Active skills (Essentially, offensive skills. Buffs and heals count as active skills. Maximum number is 25. Include description, cast time and cool downs for each of these skills. Use seconds to specify the cast time and cool downs. However, if we suspect you are abusing or not adhering to cool downs, we will say so. This may result in the voiding of posts or nullification of attacks.
♦ Passive skills (Maximum number is 7/8. Include descriptions and enhancements they provide)
♦ Quick bar (The quick bar only has 15 slots. Therefore, out of 25, players will have to select which skills they want. Players can change their skills on the quickbar only once during combat. Feel free to include quick bar combos/skill sets)

Inventory
Just include a list of things your character has on them (food, potions, crafting items, spare weapons, etc)
Include vehicles (e.g. boat, the type of boat). For potions, include the amount of health it'll replenish and a cool down time. The cool down time must be in posts. For example, a certain potion will have a cool down for 5 posts.

Mount
Only three mounts allowed.
Ever player will have their racial mount filling up their first slot (racial mounts are not aerial). The other two mounts can be bought via real life money, in game shops or trading. Only one out of all three mounts can be aerial. No dragons.
